This gorgeous newly furnished double room is at the front of the house, getting the morning sunrise. It comes fully furnished with a bedside table, book shelf, desk, lamps etc. and wardrobe storage space.

You would share a bathroom (includes both bath and shower), a new modern kitchen and living room space with myself. Free Wi-Fi, included within rental price, and a car parking space and electric charge point if you drive an EV.

I have a small ginger cat called Peaches who lives with me. I work from home 4 days of the week, so I will be around the majority of the time working in the conservatory at the back of the house.

I’m a young professional, very active, enjoy working out and the outdoors but also love to spend time with friends eating/drinking, travelling and going to gigs/concerts. Would be great if we shared any of these interests!

Ideally, I am also looking for a young female professional or student who doesn’t work from home during the week but wants a beautiful, warming house to stay in overnight during the week (happy to discuss weekends too).

The house is located less than 10 minutes outside the centre of Warwick and 15 minute drive from Leamington Spa. Hatton Park is a beautiful area, with lots of greenery and park space, and a 5 minute drive Warwick Parkway station and a local pub less than 15 minutes walk away!
