Description

I offer Private- Boxing -Pt sessions in parks or the comfort of your own home. Boxing gloves available and all the equipment that I need for a good
pad work and strength conditioning.

I'm a qualified GB Boxing Coach and Tutor, Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. These training sessions are for anyone who wants to get fit, lose weight and who wants to learn a good self defence and achieve your dream body.
Beginners are more than welcome to train. My training sessions are suitable for male/female/kids at any level.

My training is intense and I can keep you highly motivated with the experience and passion I have in Fitness and Boxing.

I can help all my clients to achieve their goals starting with an Healthy lifestyle, weight loss , Strength and Boxing Techniques . As a Personal Trainer i will prepare a personal training program tailored for your individual needs. I will identify your Personal Training goals and plan an adapt it to suit your needs. .
1 Hour session include:

I'm a boxer myself with 25 years of experience. 4 National championship in Italy , 2012 I won the Haringey Box Cup Gold Medalist and in 2013 i became England National Champion.
