The sessions are suitable for complete beginners or those who took a break from training and want to start their fitness journey again or improve their health.

I specialise in holistic health—mind-body-breath integration and women's health, helping them rebalance their hormones with conscious movement practices and dietary changes. My sessions focus on toning your whole body to help you achieve your desired health and fitness goals.

My past experience includes owning and running a weights and bodybuilding gym, personal training, teaching yoga, relaxation, and meditation to corporate employees, and running holistic health programmes for overall improved balance and well-being.

I am certified as a PT, yoga teacher, and holistic wellness coach, and I can help you create an overall health transformation.

I can offer a single personal training session or a package of sessions to help you reach your goals more easily and build the body you will be in love with.

A single session is £75 an hour.

You can get a monthly package for £350, which includes 4 one-hour sessions and nutritional advice.

FRIENDS PACKAGE - for those who want to train with a friend and save:

A single session costs £100 an hour, and a monthly package of four sessions and nutritional advice costs £500.
