Hello hello!

My name is Vanya. I am your friendly personal trainer who will actually get you results. In the pictures you can see some of my recent clients before and afters.


TRAINING OPTIONS
* Live 1-on-1 sessions online via Google Meet
* Live 2-on-1 sessions online via Google Meet

With me you will:
- Follow a personalised training plan based on your goals and abilities;
- Make use of the equipment you have at home, such as resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, water bottles, chairs, couch and anything else creative!;
- Receive personal nutritional advice;
- Receive free healthy recipes to try and additional video workouts to follow at home;
- Receive constant feedback, advice and someone friendly to talk to;

Everything begins with a free Google Meet consultation in which we can go over your current and past experience with exercise, diet habits and plan how we can improve these in order to reach your goal. Get in touch with any questions you have. I would love to hear from you!

PRICES
1 per week (plus additional workouts to do on your own) - chf 45 (~ £39)
2 per week (plus additional workouts to do on your own) - chf 80 (~ £70)


QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor degree in Sports Science (KAMK, Finland)
* Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training
* Level 2 Diploma in Gym Instructing
* Level 1 PN Nutrition Coaching
