Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer 4 years ago I have been fortunate to meet and work with many inspiring people in the fitness industry. This has allowed me to learn and progress in many different aspects of training to better understand what is the best for my clients.
I now run a private training studio in Chalk Farm (NW1) specialising in functional movement, strength and skill training - supporting movements which occur in everyday life and also challenging what the human body is capable of - resulting in benefits both in and outside of the gym. Increasing mobility, strength, coordination and balance for an improved lifestyle.
Everyone is on their own journey, mine has taken me off the cross-trainer and even outside the gym! I've come a long way, you can too, learning from my experiences and avoiding time on the cross-trainer!
I am practiced in coaching:
- Gymnastics/calisthenics
- Boxing (Ricky Hatton Boxing cert.)
- Interval and circuit training (HIIT, Tabata)
- Suspended movement training (TRX)
- Strength training for weight loss
