I am Tony. I have been a coaching fitness and boxercise/boxfit/boxing for 5 years.
During term times I coach at universities such as Kingston and Royal Holloway.
Now the summer is here, I am expanding my services to public and those who want to learn boxing and get fit and toned at the same time.

I cover west london and surrey areas. My approach is rather scientific and innovative. My background of Medical Scientist and Sport scientist may play a big role in that. It does not mean I ignore old school ways of training but I like methods proven by scientific research. I put a lot of thoughts behind session plans to tackle specific goals. Whether you want to gain muscles, lose weight, learn boxing or just generally want to improve fitness and health I can help you.

My trainings are fun, exciting and challenging and i do tailored training plans for my 1-2-1 client. You will get support 24/7 and your progress will be tracked. One problem new comers into fitness have is confusion caused by lack of feedback and clarity. I will be providing feedbacks and what we can improve together after every session. Trainings will be recorded for you so that you can do it on your own. You'll be given work out plans to do on your own too, as eventually I want you to become an independent fitness trainee. This ensures fast tracking progress. Practice makes you better quicker.

There is no shortcut or magic formula essentially but the keys to achieving the goals are dedication and consistency. I hear a lot of the time "I don't have motivation". But I say you wouldn't be looking at this ad and reading all this if you did not want to make a change. I love the quote "you don't lack motivation, you lack discipline" and it is true for most of us, myself included at times. Then the doubt creeps in. Self pity creeps in. We have all felt it. How do we stop all that? Through action when we get up and decide to go to work.
