Hello, I'm Chris, Personal Trainer and owner of CMT Training!

I myself lost over 2 stone this year of lockdown weight and I'm looking to help others with similar goals in 2022!

I am currently taking on new clients (limited availability) who are in need of help back at the gym. If you're new to exercise and/or the gym and need guidance with hitting your goals, Personal Training is there for that exact reason. If you're familiar with both but feel this time you need someone for motivation and a properly structured fitness and nutrition plan for your specific goals, then Personal Training is also exactly what you are looking for too.

- Tailored training programme based on your specific goals.
- Electronic nutrition tracking and planning.
- Ongoing progress tracking
(body fat calipers, tape measurements, progress photos, weigh-ins, cardio & strength tests, nutrition logging, tracking personal goals).
- 24/7 contact and support via phone, txt, email and face to face.

Location: Riverside gym, Rover Way.

Gym Facilities:
- Ground floor fully equipped with free weights, barbells and resistance machines
- 1st floor dedicated to cardio machines, more resistance machines and also a functional training area
- Bike Spin room studio
- Class/Dance studio

- Changing facilities (toilets, showers, lockers)

Prices:

1 on 1 PT (1 hour session)
£35 per session

Friend/partner training (1 hour session)
£25 per person per session
