Hey there! My name is Balthasar Irvine, and I’m a Level 4 Personal trainer / Strength and conditioning coach. I’ve been a personal trainer for 4+ years, and I have helped over 50 clients achieve their fitness goals! My specialties are helping newcomers to the gym, coaching the barbell lifts, and providing combat sports strength training.

Balthasar is extremely polite and makes you feel very comfortable to train with him. When I decided I wanted a personal trainer Balthasar introduced himself to me & made sure he new clearly what my fitness goals were. He then put a plan together which would support me in getting the results I wanted. Every session he made sure to push me to my limits & every week I felt progression. I have really enjoyed my sessions with him & would recommend training with him If you feel you need an extra push!

I've been training with balthasar for about 10 months now and he's helped me gain so much confidence and strength in the gym, before I'd always been too afraid to step into the weights section but now it's just a breeze.

Me and my partner have been training with Balthasar for 3 months and already have seen much progress. As a trainer, he is very dedicated to the goal we want to achieve, also very motivating and keen on explaining all the exercises thoroughly. In this way, we always have the best understanding possible of what an exercise means and what parts of our bodies we train each time. When something doesn't work or feels hard to do, he can easily find many alternatives without changing the target. Would highly recommend!

Excellent professional. I did improve a lot in a short period with his help. As well he is up to last minute changes as my work is sometimes unpredictable. And the most important I do have a new friend.
