Description
I specialise in Strength Training, and nutrition.
My mother was a PT too, so from a very young age I was already absorbing what it means to be a personal trainer.
In qualifying 5 years ago I finally managed to open my own PT business over the last two years and now work full time as a PT and strength coach.
I train out of a fully equipped private gym space in central Brighton and hove that requires no extra membership for you to pay.
