Description
A well-established firm in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to provide maternity cover starting in November for approximately 9 months. There is flexibility for the successful candidate to start earlier, as the team is currently experiencing a high volume of work.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy, supportive team and take on a varied caseload of private client matters with minimal supervision.
Key Details:
Start Date: November (or sooner)
Location: West Midlands
Duration: 9 months (maternity cover)
Rate: £45-£60 per hour
Focus: Private Client - Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience in private client work
Able to manage a full caseload independently
Experience handling wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, and trusts
STEP qualification is desirable but not essential
Strong client care and communication skills
