First, we Clean out the gutters,then we clean the gutters/soffitts and fascias.
Then we Apply a good quality Antifungal,we leave it on to allow it to kill all mould and spores,
Then we power wash it off,leaving the house clean,and fungus free,
Then we do any repairs,ie cracks or render damage,
Then we will paint the property,2 coats of paint.
