Description
We offer two types of hire options to suit your needs:
1. Fully Licensed Hire
This includes:
Professional bar staff to serve drinks.
Complete cleanup after the event.
Outside catering is welcome however there are no kitchen facilities or prep areas onsite.
All beverages, both alcoholic and soft drinks, must be purchased directly from our venue.
Before 7 PM: £80 per hour (includes time for setup and decoration).
Cost: £750 (7 PM - 12 AM) + a refundable £200 deposit.
12 AM - 2 AM: £150 per hour (available on Friday and Saturday only)
Security - for 18th - 21st birthday security is compulsory
Management reserve the right to make security compulsory for any event if they feel it is required
Cost: 7 PM - 12 AM - £750
Minimum bar spend: £1,000 for Saturday night bookings.
2. Dry Hire
Our bar will remain closed, but we will provide staff onsite to supervise (not operate as bar staff).
Cost (5 PM - 12 AM):
Monday to Thursday: £750 + £200 refundable deposit.
Friday and Sunday: £900 + £200 refundable deposit.
Saturday: £1,750 + £200 refundable deposit.
Before 5 PM: £50 per hour (includes time for setup and decoration).
