Good points;
Currently on a site with EHU, would easily go completely off grid with solar etc.
I have lived very comfortably for 2 years with this set up, it has seen me through strong winds and heavy snow.
The awning is attached to the van with a full skirting system connected to the flooring, making it completely airtight, there are no drafts at all from under the van.
I would love to sell the whole thing to someone that is looking to live this lifestyle.
But would also be open to selling the van and awning setup separately.
Not so good points:
The van has a tarp on the roof that keeps 100% dry, as it does have a small leak in very heavy rain, easy fix, just a female living on her own and the tarp has never let me down even in strong winds.
The awning has got a few tear repairs, again the repairs are watertight.
The gas in the van is empty so I use all electric heating etc.
No MOT, only because it has been stationary for 2 years, it has only driven 2000 miles since the last MOT and all previous MOTs have been good.
Open to sensible genuine offers, please feel free to message for more information.
