The frame has been wet vac’ed and the cushion covers have all been removed and been put through the wash. No rips or tares. It comes apart into 3 pieces for transport. Viewings recommended but not a necessity but once it is delivered there are no returns or price negotiations. I can drop it off locally for free or a small discount can be had if you collect. 310cm wide x 230cm long x 100cm deep x 75cm tall
