2 x two seater sofas, don’t crumple or sag when sat on. Hardly used as in a conservatory. Been thoroughly cleaned. No stains rips or tears even underneath. 8 x faux cushions from next, tartan type rug, 220 x 160 which also has been thoroughly cleaned. Barker and stonehouse coffee table with glass inlay - can be used for ornamental pebbles/stones or LEDs. Ideal for someone starting out, downsizing or a furnished rental - will sell separately
