Description

Based at Cato Street, near the City Centre, we are a growing established Air Conditioning Company, trading for 50 years , with circa 40 staff that serves many blue chip clients. We are looking for an experienced lady who will work in our busy office with other Managers and Accounts Staff. You will be responsible for answering the phone calls ,logging customer call outs on our help desk and allocate jobs to Engineers under supervision, the other key role will be to update customer asset lists on excel on a weekly basis (Excel skills a must) and support the Account Managers in their Admin duties. Hourly rate will be from £8.00 per hour subject to experience. You will have your own car parking space and working hours will be 8.30am - 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break and two coffee breaks of 15 mins . You will work in a friendly , relaxed working atmosphere but must adhere to professional working standards at all times.
