Monday to Wednesday 09.00am - 17.30pm


We are seeking a Part Time Admin & Finance Support clerk to join Bournemouth Borough Council on a temporary contact. You will be joining the Economy and Environment Services Team based at the Russell-Cotes Art Gallery & Museum, East Cliff Promenade, Bournemouth,

* Applicants must have excellent customer service and communications skills; have the ability to prioritise work and multi-task on a combination of ICT packages whilst answering calls from customers.
* Applicants must have previous experience in customer service or in a similar role. The candidate must be able to maintain good working relationships

Within your CV, you must show evidence of the following skills:

* Evidence of previous experience in a similar role must be shown within CV.
* Relevant and transferable experience in an administrative role, using IT systems
* Experience of using a range of IT systems, including email, the internet and Word.
* Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, accurately and in appropriate detail
* Organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines
* Ability to prioritise workload and pay attention to detail
* Team work is essential with this role as you will be talking to people from all levels

Candidates must hold:

* Valid Passport or Full Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
* 2 years' previous employment reference history
