Description

One-Eighty is a children's psychology charity, based in Oxford. We support over 1000 people In Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon and London.

The trustees are looking for an administrator to support them in their duties for 2 hours per week. This will include general administration tasks, management of the trustee diaries, and the clerking of important meetings. You will also act as a link between the general team and the trustee board, as most of our trustee board are volunteers who come to the main office for meetings only.

You will be given all the support you need in supporting the trustees, although you must be organised, honest and trustworthy as essential skills. You must also be available once every six weeks for an evening trustee meeting from 6pm - 8pm.

Administrative Assistant to the Trustees Core Duties:

- Independently manage your workflow and support Trustees if they need help with managing theirs
- Further develop reporting procedures.
- Creates and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
