We recently used Jolly Walks Launa and Josh to look after our dog for 7 nights, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, they were informative, caring and clearly passionate about animals. Throughout our dog’s stay, we received daily updates and photos of him out of walks and also relaxing which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. It was wonderful to see how happy, relaxed, and well cared for our dog was each day. They went above and beyond to make sure our dog felt comfortable and loved, and it was clear that they treated him as one of their own. We returned to a happy, healthy dog, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Jolly Walks again in the future. We have never left our dog in kennels so we were really worried. I can honestly say we could not have chosen better we received photos and videos of him on a regular basis, he was so happy and content. The owners of this company have a genuine love of dogs and care for them like they are their own. We would 100 per cent use them again they are amazing.

I only used Jolly Walks, for a week as I was going on holiday. I'm extremely happy with the dog walking services provided. My dogs were picked up and taken to a park ( not just walked on the road ) and dropped back off after a few hours. As a result, they were suitably worn out ! . I can highly recommend Jolly Walks as a reliable dog walking service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Our almost 14 year old female Labrador Rosie has only ever stayed with family when we have been away. I reached out to see if I could find someone to take care of her in their home as I didn’t think she would cope in Kennels. From the first night of staying with Launa and Josh I received pupdates to let me know that she was settled and very comfortable in their home. ( on the sofa ) During the week we were away it was very reassuring to know that she was being given the same love and care as she gets at home, she has a routine and mealtime regime fit for a queen, this. Was maintained and probably surpassed as she won over their hearts as she has done with us. I would definitely go to Jolly Walks if we go away again and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I cannot recommend Josh and Launa at Jolly Walks highly enough. My dog is very nervous and can be wary of new people and situations, so finding the right dog walkers was incredibly important to me. From the very beginning, Josh and Launa were patient, kind, and understanding. They took the time to get to know my dog, worked at his pace, and never rushed the process. Their calm and caring approach quickly built trust and confidence, and it has been wonderful to see the positive difference they have made. They are reliable, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. Knowing my dog is in such capable and caring hands gives me complete peace of mind. It's obvious that they genuinely care about the wellbeing of every dog they look after.
