Description
Chocolate tempering machine ideal for small businesses up to 4kg capacity. £1000
Purchased from Vintage House, used occasionally (craft hobby chocolate maker, so usage of equipment was minimal comparing to chocolate business).
Machine has programs for white, milk and dark chocolate and also manual temperature settings and continuous tempering.
Comes in original packaging with instructions.

2 baffles
3 scrapers for baffles
2 battles attachments
Dust cover
Scraper
1 bowl

Please note that 2 baffle scrapers are brand 2, 1 was used and has some tear (included as can be used or used as spare). Holey baffle has a small crack ( see photo), this is not affecting use and the crack is in the position that shouldn't progress.
It's a great piece of equipment, new one is currently selling for £2400.
