Shocking service! Turned up 2 hours late at 7.30 in the evening. Didn't apologise once. Didn't introduce themselves. Acted like they didn't know what they were here for. When reminded about the list of items that were agreed via phone call which were also listed on Bark.com (and they were the ones who contacted me) for a set price, they started to try add on big money. This Left me with one day left to have things removed but we had to tell them to leave because their attitude was so disgraceful, unprofessional and they clearly couldn't be bothered as it was getting late in the evening. They were trying for hundreds more than agreed to make it worth there while as they clearly didn't want to do the job.
