1000w motor,

Had the bike for about 3 years, it's done about 4000Miles, been to work and back everyday for the past 3 years. I recently rode it in really bad weather, the screen comes on but doesn't show the speed when travelling, I've started getting some errors coming up, I've been told it needs a new motor controller due to water damage, also the throttle lever snapped off a while back, you can still use the throttle it's just awkward, could do with a new one fitting, I've recently just changed the disc brakes 2 weeks ago and had brand new tyres about 4 months back, probably best for somebody with knowledge of EBikes. The bike cost me £1,200, it had 24miles on when I bought it, it was basically brand new.
