Description

Original British Long Back Bergen

This is a original British Army surplus high capacity rucksack.

Known as 'bergens', these bags feature an impressive 100 litre capacity. Made from 1000D Cordura Nylon, these bergens are some of the most durable and hard wearing bags you can buy. They have a single main compartment with drawstring closure top, a small zip pouch on the inside of the lid and a large zip pocket on the top of the lid. There is also a front pocket which is large enough to fit a standard 1 litre issue water bottle or mess tin.

These are the Long Back type of bergen, which provide a good degree of comfort when hiking in hilly terrain. The bags have a waist strap and padded shoulders which are fully adjustable for additional comfort.

These are truly excellent and functional rucksacks, ideal for outdoor adventures.

Please note: These items are sold as seen in the pictures. They do not come with side pockets or side yoke.
