Description
These new tiles will approx cover at a 45 degree pitch, a roof of e.g slope length 2.8m and width of 1.7 m either side of ridge or a lean to roof 5.6m long and 2.8m slope or any other roof covering approx 9 sq m. (see diagram pic). Extra tiles can be purchased from JJ Roofing where these were bought. The plain red eaves tiles were for use along the eaves where the undercloak course is fully covered.
Current price is £1.75 per plain tile and £1.98 per gable inc VAT making the tiles shown approx £1200.00
I am selling at UNDER half price as job lot.
