I provide both online (video) counselling from anywhere in the UK, and in person counselling in Littlehampton, West Sussex. I work with young people aged 16+ and adults. I will provide you with a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. As a person-centred counsellor, I believe in the importance of creating a space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered.
