Perhaps navigating life feels a little overwhelming and confusing which has found you here in this moment. It can feel tricky knowing where to start. This first step is the hardest, but you are here and I welcome you.
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and DBS registered. I am trained to work with both Young People and Adults. My main practice is in Hove, I also practice across Sussex, in a room, nature and online across the country.

Julie is so warm and welcoming, I felt safe to talk and she really listens. Gave me space to reflect. Definitely recommend.

I had been stuck for a long time and seen a few therapists and I can honestly say Julie is the first one that really heard me and understood. I have come off my anti-depressants and for the first time in 15 years feel a sense of hope about my life again. Thank you so much Julie for having faith and supporting me in finding a way forward. I really recommend if you want a therapist that you can trust.
