Unprofessional is an understatement. Liam is up to something for sure, he takes the personal details of potential employees then never responds to them and even asks them to come to interviews where nobody from Citrus FM shows up, then never responds despite the numerous requests and phone calls, something dodgy is going on with this company as I am not the only person who experiences this. Avoid!

Isn’t professional at all.. I worked for them for about 2 weeks, I didn’t get paid & they are full of excuses. I kept calling/ emailing asking for a manager too call me, they kept saying a manager can’t call me but someone from the team will call me back. There calls are recorded so there will be proof of that. I even got my case worker too call them and they said the exact same thing too her. As soon as I mention taking a grievance out this is when they say “the situation may be sorted and a snr manager can call me as they don’t want any bad blood” that is not good enough. The whole time I was asking for a manager too call me, they could’ve put that in place but they’ve made it more complicated. I was meant too get paid on the 31st of March we are now on the 16th of April. apparently I just left the company but no I didn’t and I have all my proof. Why would I leave a agency company knowing they can deduct my pay lool make it make sense. Apparently they sent a letter home to get through too me. I live in a supported accommodation where there are people at reception 24/7. No letters have come for me and they have confirmed that. Also said they have called me more then 6 times I have proof from my mobile provider that there are not various missed calls from there number. I am 20 years old living by myself in temporary accommodation I needed too pay my rent and do my food shopping but I’m currently in my house with no shopping and unable too pay my rent. Anyways Citizens Advice have given me help so I know what too do next.

Where do I start. As an employee, don't approach this company even if it was the last job on Earth. I was asked to work whilst I was sick when I caught the flu, with no extra thanks. 2nd day on the job and I am being asked to train people who don't even speak English. I am not a supervisor. If you want me to train people, pay me supervisor money. Or use one of your supervisors. Stop cutting corners. If there is a fire, how do I convey that reliably to someone who cannot communicate in my language and explain fire safety zones, routes and protocols? Or not to mix certain chemicals? You just can't. Therefore, CitrusFM evidently is more than willing to put the health and safety of their employees at risk in pursuit of profits and betterment of their bank balance. My journey was disrupted with the industrial action tube strikes in December which meant after getting to the client site, I would be stranded getting home so politely told the office it wasn't feasible for the week to clean that particular site. I was then told basically tough and they expect their client site cleaned regardless. Not sure Daniel O'Brien grasps the object of a strike... To cause inconvenience and disruption. They wanted me to spend time and money travelling to London Bridge, to clean an hour for minimum wage and then travel 2.5hrs on buses in sub zero temperatures whilst snowing. Given the travel costs and the shorter time I was asked to clean for, I would have been at a loss of both my time and my money. When asked if they would do the same given the circumstances they were MUTE. Not a word. I observe that today (03/01/2023) is the first working day of the year and understand that BACS payments are processed on these days only. However CitrusFM have not notified HMRC of my employment. I have a log of all the hours I worked for this company and so do you on the Ezitracker. CitrusFM are now illegally and unlawfully withholding wages. As a company that appears to put emphasis on taking care of their employees on their ethos during their online induction, it's all an act. They do not care about you and they do not pay you. No end of chasing for payslips and my wages yet I have been ignored at every hurdle despite raising multiple tickets on the support helpdesk with management CC'd in on each email. I warned CitrusFM I would take this further and help the public understand how much of a sleazy management company this is, if they did not pay me my wages by a deadline. At this time, I have still not been paid my wages. Every person I've encountered that has worked alongside me at this site also echoed the exact same opinion and cleaners will come and go given the woeful management of this company and how it is operated. How disgusting is it that a company willfully thieves time from employees in the middle of a cost of living crisis. People come to work for money. I and none of your employees clean your sites for free and to assume I will is insulting. You are in breach of the employment contract (which YOU wrote) and employment law. You have my email and my bank details. I am in talks with ACAS. Pay your debts immediately or I will take Citrus to court and sue you for your last pennies. Try me. ***GATTACA LONDON, IF YOU SEE THIS YOU ARE BEING CHEATED SO FIND YOURSELF A RELIABLE NEW CLEANING COMPANY FOR BETTER VALUE!!!***
