They were excellent. I needed emergency night care for the weekend and even though I rang on Saturday morning they came out instantly. The service provided was first rate.

Abigail and her team are amazing. They truly care about the people and families they work with. Their communication is excellent. We worked with Abigail in person and from overseas, and it was wonderful to be confident that our loved one was being so well looked after. We highly recommend Fresh Springs and Abigail.

Can not recommend Fresh Springs agency enough. I am a private carer who had an End of Life lady. She needed 24hr care urgently. After calling Abigail and arranging a meeting within 48hrs the care was in place.
Abigail and her team were amazing. Communication was paramount in this ladies care and I was giving daily updates verbally or written in a Communication book .
The carers were punctual, treated my lady with dignity and empathy and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Abigail was on hand for the carers at all times and would come out whenever she thought she was needed.
If I ever need extra help with any of my patients I wouldn't think twice about calling them for help.
Abigail has done a fabulous job of setting up a small agency of wonderful carers. All credit to her.

I have worked alongside Abbie in my role as a GP when she was working in a community nursing role. Both my patients and I were always impressed with her caring approach and her skilled attention to detail. Her communication to me was excellent and she went above and beyond to ensure patients and their families and carers could voice their concerns, always feeling heard and she could try to help them find the support they needed. I certainly miss her now we have both moved to other roles.
