The sale of the vehicle ("the Car") is conducted by DG Motor Sales Limited ("the Seller") and the buyer ("the Buyer").
All vehicles are sold as used and may show signs of wear, mileage, and previous repairs. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle thoroughly prior to purchase.

2. Warranty
The Car includes a 3-month warranty provided by 20-20 Warranty, covering certain mechanical or electrical faults. The warranty begins on the date of purchase.
Coverage includes specific parts and labor as outlined in the 20-20 Warranty policy document. Any claims are subject to the terms and conditions set by 20-20 Warranty.

3. Limitations of Warranty
The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, or faults due to misuse, neglect, or modifications made outside of authorized service centers.
The Buyer is responsible for following the recommended maintenance schedule (e.g., oil changes, servicing) to maintain warranty validity.

4. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Returns are only permitted under the warranty terms if a covered fault cannot be repaired within the warranty period.

5. Inspection and Acceptance
