Description

We are looking for a Motion Designer to work for a Digital Media Agency in Manchester

Hybrid – 3 days a week in our Manchester studio, 2 days WFH

Role Overview

We’re on the lookout for a talented Motion Designer with 3+ years of experience who’s ready to dive straight in and make an impact. You’ll be at the heart of our creative motion output, contributing to a wide variety of exciting projects for some of the world’s most recognisable brands.

We’re looking for someone with a solid generalist 3D skillset and a passion for bringing ideas to life through motion.

You should be fluent in Blender, our primary 3D software.

Experience in Houdini or Cinema 4D is considered a strong advantage.

You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’re just as comfortable generating ideas as you are executing them, and you know how to communicate clearly and push creative boundaries with your team.

Most importantly, you take pride in delivering work that’s original, bold, and unforgettable.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in motion design

Strong skills in Blender; Houdini or Cinema 4D experience is a plus

A proactive, creative mindset with a collaborative approach

A sharp eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through motion

Confidence in contributing to creative ideation as well as execution
