Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading plant company in search of a Workshop Controller to join their team.

Location: Bristol

Salary: 28k plus bonus

Type: Full–Time, Permanent

The Role:

As a Workshop Controller, you will support the Service Department, managing the scheduling and coordination of service jobs and customer requirements. You will liaise with both internal teams and external customers to ensure efficient operations and excellent service delivery.

Workshop Controller Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate service jobs for the engineering teamLiaise with customers to manage enquiries and service requestsEnsure timely completion of jobs while maximising resourcesMaintain accurate records and support invoicing processesAssist engineers with parts, equipment, and job planning as requiredWorkshop Controller Skills and Experience:

Excellent organisational and communication skillsStrong customer focus and ability to build relationshipsCommercial awareness and attention to detailProficient in IT (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systemsInterest in mechanical or electrical equipment advantageous but not essentialBenefits:
