Oversee day–to–day accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision–making processes.Manage and mentor a small team within the finance department to achieve performance goals.Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and reconciliations.Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and improve operational efficiency.Support the preparation of year–end accounts and liaise with external auditors as required.Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimisation.Profile

A successful Finance Team Leader should have:

A strong background in accounting and finance within the manufacturing sector.Qualified by experience or part–qualification in finance or accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).Proven ability to manage and lead a finance team effectively.Excellent analytical and problem–solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.A proactive approach to improving processes and achieving results.Job Offer
