Trainee Fabricator
Location: Dunstable
Salary: GBP28,000 GBP30,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday Thursday, 6 45 or 7 45
Shift: Day shift

Our well established client in Dunstable is looking for a motivated Trainee Fabricator to join their growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands–on experience in a production/manufacturing environment, or an apprentice–trained individual, who is keen to develop into a fully skilled fabricator.
What you ll be doing as a Trainee FabricatorAssisting the fabrication team with the preparation and assembly of precision componentsWorking with stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel, learning how to handle and fabricate high–performance materialsWorking to fine tolerances and following engineering drawings as a Trainee FabricatorLearning to use hand tools, workshop equipment, and fabrication machinerySupporting general production tasks while progressing toward full competenceMaintaining high standards of quality and safety at all timesWhat we re looking for in a Trainee FabricatorExperience in a manufacturing or production environment (essential)Apprentice trained or relevant hands–on experience working with tools, machinery, or manufacturing materialsA keen attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethicGood practical ability and an interest in precision fabricationReliable, team–oriented, and able to follow instructions accuratelyMotivated to grow and progress into a skilled fabrication roleApply today!
