Join a High-Performing Technical Compliance Team!

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Compliance Coordinator to join a forward-thinking, high-performing technical team.

In this pivotal role, you will manage supplier documentation and data to support food safety, ethical sourcing, and environmental performance across a diverse and impressive supply base.

Contributing directly to responsible sourcing and sustainability efforts, playing a key role in upholding high standards across a dynamic, collaborative supply chain.

Technical Compliance Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Manage and review supplier due diligence documents

Handle supplier approvals via internal and customer compliance platforms

Conduct risk assessments and monitor supplier compliance

Coordinate traceability and product recall exercises

Oversee chemical testing schedules for incoming deliveries

Maintain and update approved supplier databases

Track and analyse key sustainability data, including carbon, water, waste, and certificationsTechnical Compliance Coordinator Key Requirements

Experience in Fresh Produce or short shelf-life Food categories (essential); Fruit experience is an advantage

Strong understanding of supplier compliance across different countries

Experience working with suppliers and technical documentation

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Clear, confident communicator with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and retail customers

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications + familiar with using online platforms to manage data and recordsWe are looking for a detail-driven Technical Compliance Coordinator with a passion for sustainability, compliance, and responsible sourcing.
