Location: Broughton, Chester (minimum 60% onsite)

Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am–7pm)

Pay: 28.41/hr (PAYE) or 38.00/hr (Umbrella)

Security Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)

Travel: Occasional travel within Europe

What You'll Do

Lead and Support Projects: Provide expert project management support for the A320 family's new development initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with project leaders and a diverse network of stakeholders across all divisions, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.Drive Project Excellence: Oversee project set–up, governance, integrated planning, and performance management–including schedule, cost, and resource control.Facilitate Success: Prepare for project gates and reviews, manage interdependencies, and identify and follow up on risks and opportunities.Champion Teamwork: Facilitate workshops, support team development, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Report and Communicate: Deliver clear, concise updates and performance reports to stakeholders at all levels.What We're Looking For

Essential:

Proven experience in project management within complex organisations.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to see both the big picture and the finer details.Self–motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.Organised, with the ability to structure and drive projects forward.Desirable:

Experience in the aerospace sector, especially with A320 or single–aisle aircraft.Familiarity with digital tools and agile ways of working.Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).Why Join Us?
