Production Technician

Description

RC Fornax is looking for a skilled and detail–oriented Production Technician to join our customer. This role is integral to the assembly and testing of electrical and computer–based components, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and test electrical and computer–based systems with precision and care. Maintain accurate production records and report technical issues promptly. Perform mechanical assembly tasks in line with rigorous quality standards. Collaborate with a motivated team across various operational areas. Uphold a customer–focused approach in all aspects of production. Essential Skills & Experience:

Solid understanding of computer hardware components. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications. High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail. Physically capable of handling the demands of a hands–on production role. Soldering experience to J–STD level. Awareness or certification in IPC–620 standards. Desirable Additional Experience:

Experience in cable assembly, harnessing, and loom construction. Familiarity with IPC–610 and IPC–620 standards. Strong grasp of mechanical assembly techniques and associated standards.
