Production Team Leader

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Team Leader in Ayrshire. As a crucial part of the manufacturing team, the Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the production team, ensuring quality standards, health and safety, and efficient workflow. You will manage a team directly, covering recruitment, training, and performance, whilst driving continuous improvement and maintaining documentation accuracy.

Working on a Days and Backs rotational shift pattern.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £33,000, with opportunities for overtime and career progression within a growing manufacturing business.
