What You’ll Be Doing

As Production Supervisor, you’ll take charge of day-to-day production, making sure everything runs efficiently, safely, and to high standards. You’ll lead by example, guiding and supporting your team to hit production targets while keeping quality and safety front of mind.

About You

You’ll be someone who’s organised, focused, and thrives on getting things done. You take pride in your work, stay calm under pressure, and know how to bring people together to achieve great results.

You may currently be a Technical Operator or Team Leader looking to progress or already an established Supervisor with the following :

* Experience leading a team in a production or manufacturing environment.

* A good understanding of scheduling, planning, and line management.

* A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

* A positive, ambitious attitude – someone who’s ready to grow with the business.
