Description

Impact Recruitment are working with a forward-thinking manufacturing business based in Northampton, who are now looking to appoint a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their specialist production facility.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business at the cutting edge of sustainable manufacturing. The role involves supporting and leading factory operations, managing process line performance, and driving a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Location: Northampton | On-site

Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Flexible)

Pay: £35,000

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee safe, compliant, and efficient operations of the production line and wider facility.

Achieve manufacturing and processing KPIs through strong team and resource management.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring the site is audit-ready at all times.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and maintain the quality of incoming materials.

Monitor and enforce health & safety, environmental, and fire prevention policies.

Develop and deliver training for new and existing team members.

Keep detailed records of inspections, procedures, and compliance measures.

Contribute to the successful achievement and maintenance of accreditations such as ISO9001 and ISO14001.

Lead a small factory team with a focus on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Requirements:

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong working knowledge of EHS standards and best practices.

Confident in overseeing production processes and meeting operational KPIs.

Familiarity with quality systems and continuous improvement tools.

A hands-on leader with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.
