Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Avonmouth
Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour plus overtime rate after 6pm
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 15:00 – Mid Night
Overtime available daily and on weekends
Job Description:
We're currently looking for a Production Operative to join a busy fertiliser production site in Avonmouth. This role involves transferring fertiliser from silos into 1–tonne bags, ready for distribution to farms across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery to fill and seal fertiliser bags
Ensure correct labelling and quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe working area
Support general yard and production duties as required
What We're Looking For:
Previous production or warehouse experience preferred
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Reliability and willingness to work overtime when required
