You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day production function, leading a team, ensuring KPIs are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a well-established yet forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee production schedules and ensure deadlines are met

Lead, mentor, and develop production teams

Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards

Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction

Work closely with other departments including quality, maintenance, and logistics

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar Production/Manufacturing Management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent knowledge of production processes and lean manufacturing techniques

Results-driven with a passion for operational excellence
