Pharmaceutical Visual Inspector

Our client is seeking Visual Inspectors to join their team in Swindon for an exciting temporary ongoing position. What will you be doing?

Setting up, cleaning, and operating the production linesConducting visual inspections of manufactured productsCompleting BMRs and maintaining strong documentation skillsCleaning the area and equipmentMonitoring equipment status and reporting any faults or issuesEnsuring work and documentation are completed in accordance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirementsMaintaining a high level of tidiness and cleanlinessContributing towards continuous improvement initiativesSupporting project validation workAssisting in basic equipment maintenanceWhat are we looking for?

Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry – ESSENTIAL Clean room working experience and understanding of aseptic manufacturing and filling (desirable)Excellent communication skillsPassion for quality and customer serviceStrong team player with good organisational skillsAccurate and detail–oriented with strong documentation skillsAbility to work methodically and maintain a high level of tidinessGood eyesight and colour visionPatience to inspect products to a consistently high levelGCSE level Maths and English (or equivalent)Ability to handle material up to 5kg (with reasonable adjustments if required)Our client offers a competitive hourly rate of 15.37 including a 22% shift increase, with potential overtime available. The working pattern is full–time, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7am – 3pm and 3pm – 11pm.
