Newton Abbot 12.21 – 13.43 per hour (days) Full–time Temporary Onsite

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Operators to join the production team at Harrier in Newton Abbot. This is a great opportunity to start immediately with full training provided. No previous experience is required – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

You'll play an important role in ensuring high–quality printed photo products are carefully checked, packaged and prepared for despatch. This temporary position offers the potential for ongoing work depending on performance and business needs.

Key Duties:

Log products off the system by scanning bar coded order information.

Carry out quality checks on finished products.

Pack customer orders with care and accuracy.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Positive, reliable and team–oriented.

No previous experience required – full training provided.

Hours and Pay:

Day shifts: 7am – 7pm (Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).

Night shifts: 10.30pm – 7am, Sunday to Thursday.

Pay rates: 12.21 per hour (days) 14.65 per hour (nights).

Enhanced weekend rates available.
