The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will lead the NPD team in the creation and development of products through the NPD process.
Take ownership of the NPD process, Project management of NPD briefs from concept to launch, Develop strong relationships with customers to facilitate the successful development of new products and identify potential opportunities, Collaborate cross–functionally to ensure seamless product launches, Monitor and analyse industry trends, consumer behaviour and competitor products to inform and drive innovation, Curate and present customer–tailored presentations. Candidate
Degree in food science or equivalent, Proven experience in food manufacturing, Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines, Experience in team management and leadership, A creative & strategic mindset, passionate about food innovation, Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, A valid driving license. Salary up to circa GBP60K DOE
On site but possibly working from home one day a week
