Production Operative – Night Shift (4pm–1am)

Location: Stoney Stanton, Leicestershire

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Hourly Rate: 16.06 (includes night shift allowance – full shift must be completed)

We're recruiting reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy and well–established site in Stoney Stanton. This is a long–term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual handling and heavy lifting (up to 40 kg)

Working outdoors in all weather conditions

Meeting daily output targets under site leadership

Collaborating with colleagues to maintain workflow and productivity

What We're Looking For:

Valid UK driving licence (essential due to location and shift hours)

Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately

Physically able to lift up to 40 kg, with no history of neck, back or shoulder issues

Previous experience in production, warehouse, or similar environments

Desirable:

Forklift Truck (FLT) licence – training can be provided

Familiarity with warehouse systems and equipment
