Mechanical Assembler – Eastleigh

Wild Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading UK manufacturer renowned for producing high–performance, high–quality products. We're currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join their dynamic production team in Eastleigh.

Key Responsibilities– Mechanical assembler

Assemble mechanical components and sub–assemblies to precise specifications

Interpret and work from technical drawings and assembly instructions

Conduct in–process inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Identify and report any faults or issues to the Team Leader or Production Manager

Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination

A proactive and reliable team player
