GBP29,500 + overtime + benefits + progression

46 hour working week – Monday Thursday 06 00 (4–day working week!)

We re working with a well–established manufacturing company looking for a Factory Operative to join their team on a full–time permanent basis.

This is a hands–on, physical role in a fast–paced production environment. You'll be working with cast metal parts, using various tools and machinery to prepare products for the next stage of production.

Duties will include:

Fettling and grinding of metal castings using power tools Manual handling moving boxes and materials Shot blasting (machine operation) Etching parts using specialist hand tools Operating a band saw when required Cleaning and maintaining equipment and workspaces Recording production data on a touchscreen system Completing paperwork to track tasks completed You will have:
