Newton Abbot 12.21 per hour (days) / 14.65 per hour (nights) 12–hour shifts Temporary – Christmas peak Full–time, on site

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of Harrier LLC, a leading print manufacturer in Newton Abbot. We are seeking Machine Operators to support the production of high–quality personalised products, including books, calendars, tiles and canvases.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy production environment, with immediate starts and full training provided – no previous experience required.

Key Duties:

Operate and monitor print and finishing machinery.

Meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Carry out visual quality checks on finished products.

Maintain a clean and safe work space.

Requirements:

Mechanically minded and confident using tools or machinery.

Able to stand for long periods and complete manual handling tasks.

Strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working to targets and deadlines.

Positive, team–focused attitude.

No previous experience required – full training provided.

Hours and Pay:

Day shifts: 7am – 7pm, rotating pattern (Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).

Night shifts: 7pm – 7am, Sunday to Thursday.

Pay rates: 12.21 per hour (days) 14.65 per hour (nights).

Enhanced weekend rates available.
