Role: Machine Operator

Location: DS Smith South Mills, The Ridgeway, Blunham, Bedford MK44 3PH, United Kingdom

Rate: 12.21 per hour (paid breaks), Overtime available for 42+ hours:

OT 1.5 Monday to SaturdayDouble time on Sundays

Contract length: 3 months initially

Shift Patterns: 6am – 4pm Mon–Thurs

Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

Working in line with Health and Safety guidance and processes at all timesManaging the setting and running of machineryAchieving high quality standards on all work producedAdhering to customer demands in a timely mannerCompleting any other duties relevant to the department as requested by the shift manager Essential requirements:

Previous experience in a production environment (2+ years)FLT experience and Licence (preferred not essential)Strong verbal and written communicationComfortable being on foot for long periods of timeAble to conduct manual handling Driving licence and use of a car due to location Benefits:
