Location: Loughborough

Salary: 15 – 16 per hour

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4pm – 2am

The Role:

This role involves setting up and running laser cutting and punch machinery, maintaining accuracy throughout production, and ensuring a steady workflow so high–quality parts are delivered on time and to trusted industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate laser cutting and punch machines efficiently, ensuring accuracy and high–quality outputLoad and unload materials and cut parts, ensuring proper handling and storageQuality check finished products and report any issuesFollow Health & Safety protocolsKeep the working area clean, tidy and hazard–freeCarry out any other duties as requiredAbout You:

Experience setting and operating Trumpf or Amada laser cutting machinesKeen to be hands–onExperience working in engineering and willing to learnFrom a manufacturing or production backgroundPhysically able and comfortable with heavy liftingStrong communication and problem–solving abilitiesA naturally forward plannerHow to Apply:
